This system fully automated the packing process, directly linking up from the process line, and starting from conveying, weighing & dosing, primary packaging VFFS, through detecting devices for accuracy and safety, all the way to the secondary packaging system for baler bags. It is also designed to accommodate various range of baler
formats, such as x50s, x40s, x30s, x12s, x10s of either
individual baler or mix flavoured baler.
This complete automation system includes:
Seal Integrity Tester – Examines each of the individual packets from the VFFS for sealing integrity.
High Speed Packet Collator – Equipped with servo motors for high-speed collecting and overflow reject features.
Baler Bag Opening & Loading Device – Specially designed to handle and open PP/PE preform bags in the simulation of human processing.
Compatible with the majority of industry’s
existing baler bag sizes and materials.
Automatic Bag Sealer – Automatic bag sealing with
impulse sealer.
