Flow Wrappers
Integrated packing system for flow wrapper packing products such as chocolate, biscuit and cereal bars. From automated sorting conveyors to robotic systems, the design of the application is aiming to minimize human interference on fragile products and decrease
intensive labour costs.
This complete automation system includes: Flow Wrapper – with fully automated in-feed system. No human interference required. HDM Delta Robot – “Pick and place,” the products with the 3-axis robot into secondary packaging containers.
Carton Erector – Forming cartons with automatic folding of carton sheets. Carton Sealer – Tape or adhesive glue sealing are both applicable.
